I do not bill insurance for any services. I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not work with insurance companies.  Working with an out-of-network provider makes the treatment costs more transparent for the patient and can help to improve the quality of care with more expedited access and availability to information and resources.  

I aim to fully educate and empower you during our time together, which isn’t always possible following insurance guidelines. We also offer direct access, which prevents excess appointments, getting referrals, and waiting for openings. 

I do offer a superbill halfway through treatment and at the end of treatment to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. There is no guarantee that any/all invoices will be reimbursed.  Myndful Myo can accept FSA and HSA health accounts as payment and provide the appropriate receipts.  

During your comprehensive consultation you will receive an estimated quote for complete therapy (based on an estimated number of sessions). You can pay for your therapy as one lump sum and receive a discount for paying up front or spread the cost into monthly payments. Most patients 12 years and older find that a full course of comprehensive therapy will cost them approximately $2,000-$3,000 over the duration 3-9 months . The cost of the comprehensive consultation is not included in the cost of the therapy. The comprehensive exam fee is an added service fee of $250.  

 The infant, toddler and children packages are estimated around $ 300-$700 and provide a foundational and empowering therapy introduction for you and your child in this myofunctional journey.  The comprehensive exam fee is an added service fee of $150
